Biryani is a celebration on a plate — basmati rice and spiced chicken layered together and steamed (dum) so every grain soaks up saffron, whole spices and fresh herbs. Copper Chimney's biryani is aromatic, generously portioned and served with raita, making it one of the most ordered dishes across our Winnipeg restaurants.
We prepare biryani fresh at 1910 Pembina Highway, 1615 Regent Avenue West and 305 Madison Street, with vegetable and other styles available alongside chicken. It is ideal for a filling lunch, a family dinner or a catering platter — available for dine-in, takeout and catering with spice adjusted to taste.
